Dr. Aaron Pardue
Senior Pastor
Aaron has been the Senior Pastor at Northway since February 2013. Before being called to Northway, Aaron pastored in East Texas after doing student ministry for over a decade. Aaron has a passion for loving people and seeing them grow in their faith. Aaron enjoys spending time with his amazing wife Becky and his sons AJ, Andrew, and John.
Joe Constantine -
Associate Pastor
Joe came out of retirement in 2018 to serve Northway as Associate Pastor. Joe has pastored around Southeast Texas for many years. He and his wife Janice have grown children and enjoy spending time with grandchildren.
James Ash -
Student Pastor
James joined the Northway ministry staff in April 2019. He enjoys spending time with his family, and he is always looking for something to fix or work on. Maddie, his wife, has some serious musical talent and leads worship for the students.
James and Maddie welcomed their first child, Annie Raquel Ash, in March of 2023. She is a joy to have around.
Cheryl Dumoit -
Children’s Minister
Cheryl and has been a member of Northway since 2001. Cheryl became our Children’s Ministry Director in 2006. Cheryl has BIG LOVE for our children and children everywhere!
Kimberly Norman -
Preschool Minister/
Finance Assistant
Kimberly and her family came to Northway in 2004. She has been our preschool director since August of 2012. Kimberly also started a Mother’s Day Out program in August of 2014 of which she is now the director. The program is very successful and keeps a full enrollment. Kimberly enjoys time with her husband David and their sons Seth, Coby and Lance.
Yvonn Scott -
Custodian
Yvonn has been an active member of Northway for many years. She is the head custodian and sees that you arrive at a clean and tidy Northway campus.
Martha Salinas -
Custodian
Martha assists Yvonn in the custodial duties at Northway. She has been at Northway since 2013.
